The
Albany Law School Center for Law and Innovation recently received a $250,000 award from the
New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to help provide resources and education to help cleantech entrepreneurs navigate the complex legal issues facing start-up companies. The project will also help develop and train the next generation of green collar lawyers to address the needs of the state's future clean energy industries.
