The Syracuse Center of Excellence is holding it's 11th annual Symposium on Environment & Energy Systems on September 22nd-23rd at the Oncenter Complex in Syracuse, New York. The theme of this years symposium is "Unleashing the Clean Economy: Regional Innovation for Sustainable Communities" and will focus on community-based innovations, as well as resource, energy and advanced building innovations. Keynote presentations will be given by John Cronin, Director and CEO of the Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries, Eric Keune of AIA, Skidmore and Owings & Merril, and Amy Liu, Co-director and Senior Fellow, Metropolitan Policy Program at The Brookings Institution.
