The Syracuse CoE has announced the opening of the next round of CAP grants, which will be awarded to projects that commercialize new products and services in the fields of indoor environmental quality, water resources, and clean and renewable energy. Up to $50,000 is available for individual projects, and there will be a maximum of five recipients.The deadline for submission of proposals is Dec. 16, 2009. Projects are expected to start March 1, 2010 and be complete on or before Sept. 30, 2010.
